We self perform engineering, surveying, construction drawings, real estate acquisition, environmental, permitting, and project management services.

Construction Drawings & A-1 Drawings - With four full-time draftsmen and 40+ field employees, Greenup is equipped to survey, layout and develop A-1, Right of Way and Construction drawings for new and existing cell tower locations.
Tower Mapping - Greenup owns 3-D survey scanning equipment to develop a complete scan of existing structures. We also maintain electrical engineers on staff that can develop wiring diagrams and design drawings for tower rewiring jobs.
Real Estate Acquisition - Greenup has a licensed Real Estate Broker [LA# BROK.0995682796-CORP] and several licensed Real Estate agents that are prepared to negotiate and acquire municipal, commercial or residential property and/or leases throughout Louisiana.
Tower Construction - Greenup through partnerships can support any tower and CRAN construction. This includes carrier ads, co-locations, raw land buildouts, and CRAN.

Power Generation - Greenup can support generators in all ways, from annual maintenance, infield repair, replacement, and deployment of portable generators.
Facility Repairs - Greenup can support any cell site maintenance and storm recovery. This includes compound maintenance, shelter maintenance, platform maintenance, power washing, AC power, HVAC call outs, and tower maintenance.
